Fitness for Research raises US $6,900
Congratulations to all members and chapters who helped make the 2007 Fitness for Research event at the Biennial Convention a great success. Sponsored by Region 12 chapters, the event attracted nearly 300 convention attendees, who rose early on the mornings of Nov. 2 and 3 for yoga lessons and to participate in an historic walk around Baltimore, Maryland, USA. On Nov. 5, Fitness for Research participants learned how to salsa dance. Overall, members and chapters raised US $6,900 for nursing research grants.
